Men Achieving Change (MAC) is an organization dedicated to creating a world where men have the tools, resources, and support to thrive and contribute positively to their communities. Our mission is rooted in empowering individuals to reach their full potential through education, mentorship, and community engagement.

To further this mission, we are launching a new initiative that recognizes and rewards the achievements of participants within our programs. Inspired by research and feedback, we’ve observed the power of incentive-based performance to drive motivation and success. In a recent pilot program, participants demonstrated remarkable interest, with a 90% of attendees expressed interest in returning and joining in our mission.  To spark on going engagement we would love to shower our participants especially those in need with small rewards during our programming and upcoming events.

Building on this success, we are seeking support to sustain and expand this initiative. We aim to provide small incentives—such as gift cards or other tokens of appreciation—to encourage and reward participants for their achievements. These incentives will be used to:

• Recognize academic and personal growth milestones.

• Encourage community service and leadership contributions.

• Support engagement in program-wide initiatives and events.
