It is imperative to practice, study and master our skills and abilities to separate ourselves from the rest. Life is about the journey and not the destination. Everyday we are or should be striving toward becoming our best self, mastering our thoughts, emotions and intentions. Emotion is energy in motion. When you move energy you create effect. If you move enough energy you create matter. Energy in motion can make thoughts become things.
I aspire to teach individuals of all ages wellness strategies and self confidence. I provide formal education enrichment. At the same time, I promote and facilitate the significance of self education from an intellectual and emotional standpoint. My belief is that formal education teaches you about life and the endlessness of the knowledge within it. While self-education teaches you how to create a life for yourself. My passion is to help people unlock their own inner potential, especially young boys and girls as they mature and develop through adolescence into young adulthood. The sooner young people realize that the power of their minds can change circumstances from the inside out, the better chances they give themselves in the trajectory of their lives. Once any individual can conceive the notion that their ability to undoubtedly believe in themselves is enough, they will be capable of manifesting infinite progression through any and all circumstances.

Persevere - For every great accomplishment in your life, you will always wonder “what’s next”. The reality is that I have asked myself that question, in some variation, any time I’ve been faced with a major decision in my life. I never became complacent and neither should you as you start the next chapter of your life. So stretch yourself, break barriers, challenge the status quo. Because we know that decision making comes with a list full of emotions, and some of those emotions can lead you into this “funk”. It’s not always about winning at first, but it’s staying the course through the bumps and bruises. Just know that everyone falls into a “funk”, but what’s most important is that you do whatever you need to do to get yourself out of it and keep moving forward. I want to tell you that it’s okay to wonder or contemplate “what’s next” - actually, it’s perfectly normal. Want to know why? It means that you are actually readyto progress. You’re so eager to be great, that you allow your evolving mind to tell you that where you are today is not your best or even your final destination – which is why sometimes, you find yourself in a “funk”.
Follow your own path- In both undergrad and graduate school I had people tell me how I should pursue this major or that major. There were times when I questioned if their advice was the best choice for me. But as you’ve come to learn, I am a risk taker and I trust in my intuition and not the validation of those close to me. So I pursued my degrees based on my own judgement. I’m thankful I’ve landed on my feet!, but there were times I felt I was headed in the wrong direction. What I learned was that I had to trust myself, believe in myself even when it seemed impossible. So students, will you continue to live through the validation of others or will you learn to trust your own instincts? In college, when you find yourself worried about your grades or if a certain major is really for you - don’t be afraid to trust your gut, because it’s always right. Those instincts that speak to you - listen to them. Now, I’m not saying just up and quit whatever it is you’re doing because you find yourself stressed out; things take time, trust me I know. What I’m saying is - challenge yourself, because anything worth having takes a bit of risk, and without a challenge, you wont appreciate what you’ve worked so hard for. This is your life and no one can live it for you. Not mom, not dad. Not your family not even your best friend. So make sure you stay relentless and make the best decision, basically because it’s what you want and it’s what you believe that makes you happy.
