Scoring Your Answers

Tally how many times you picked each letter across all twelve questions.

A = _____ B = _____ C = _____ D = _____

What Your Top Letter Means

A — What You Love

Passion is your compass right now. You're clearest on what draws you in, and the work ahead is finding where that interest meets a skill worth building or a need worth serving.

B — What You're Good At

Skill is your strongest current asset. The question worth sitting with is whether you still love using it, and who actually needs it, so competence doesn't quietly turn into obligation.

C — What the World Needs

Service drives you more than most. Watch for the trap of giving to whoever asks rather than where your love and skill actually fit — not every need is yours to meet.

D — What You Can Be Paid For

You're currently oriented toward sustainability, which is not a character flaw — it's often the most responsible answer for a season. Just keep checking that it isn't the only answer.

If Two Letters Are Close

A near-tie between two letters usually points to one of the four overlap zones from the diagram:

A + B → Passion · A + C → Mission ·     B + D → Profession · C + D → Vocation

That overlap is worth naming directly. It's usually a more honest description of where you actually are than any single word like “passionate” or “skilled” on its own.

Your Lowest Letter

Whichever letter you picked least isn't a weakness to fix overnight. It's simply the question you've spent the least time asking. Go back to the reflection prompts at the end of the Ikigai chapter and start there — that's the circle with the most room to grow.
